Adult Sports
At the YMCA we strive to provide the best possible sports experience, whether you’re four years old or forty! Friendly competition, skill development, and fun are emphasized, along with sportsmanship, fair play and positive attitudes. YMCA sports programs provide a wholesome, values-oriented atmosphere for all members of the family.

Boxing Fitness Class
Boxing is a true all around workout. It strengthens all muscle groups and is also great for cardiovascular fitness. .
Dodgeball League
Relive the glory days of elementary school! An adult dodge-ball league runs on Friday nights, for six weeks, plus two weeks of play-offs. It’s fun, it’s fast and you will have a blast.
Co-Ed Volleyball
Join us for a fun filled evening of volley-ball at the Y. Both a recreational and competitive league are offered. Each team must have two females on the court. The eight week leagues include one week of playoffs.
Kick Boxing
Try this high energy, high impact class taught by trained martial arts instructors. This class involves kicking, punching heavy bags, agility exercise and having fun! Free to Y-Members.
Karate: Adult
Master self-defense and martial art techniques under the direction of certified instructors. Open to men and women ages 13 to adult. Karate improves fitness levels, weight management, self confidence and self discipline. Class meets 2 days per week.
Racquetball Lessons
Racquetball lessons are available for both beginner and advanced level players. All lessons are one hour in length, unless other arrangements are made. Instruction provided by Jeff Hanno. Please call Jeff at 253-5304 to sign up for private lessons, semi-private lessons or small group instruction.
Monday Night Racquetball League
Are you interested in competitive paly against players of similar caliber? This league offers players weekly competitive matches. Register individualy; team assigments are made according to level of play.
Pickleball League
Pickle-ball is a combination of ping-pong, tennis and badminton.
Golf Lessons
Golf lessons are available for people of all skill levels. All lessons are 30 minutes in length.Lessons can cover grip, stance, posture, alignment, balance and plane. Instructor is Class A PGA Professional Michael Hogan. Please call Mike at 730-4797 to arrange for a private or semi-private lesson. Payment is due at time of lesson.
Badminton League
Join the hottest new league at the Y!!! Both recreational and competitive players are welcome-youth and adult. 6 week leagues.
Race Across the USA
Get a jump start on your New Year’s resolution by joining the Race Across the USA. You can walk or run inside or outside, Estimate how many miles you want to complete each week and then submit you application to us. We will put you on a team created on team mileage. Registration fee includes a t-shirt.
