Exercise for Pregnant Women
Please check with your physician before beginning an exercise program while pregnant. All exercise programs are available to pregnant women. If you need assistance, please contact Mena Hansinger in the Fitness Office. If you have a regular exercise routine and would like to have it evaluated by a certified specialist, call the fitness office.
Massage Therapy
Stressed? Tense? Licensed massage therapists offer relaxing and rejuvenating massage sessions. Appointments can be made at the Member Services Desk. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds given for missed appointments
Healthier Habits for Life
Program is FREE and open to the public! This class is for anyone with Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes, or at risk for Diabetes. Snack is provided. Pre-registration is required through Cayuga Health Network, please call 252-4212 for more information.
Health Seekers Exercise Class
If the doctor told you that you need to exercise, and you don’t know how to start or what to do, this is the class for you. Easy introduction to exercise involving instruction in cardio work and some strength training. This class may lead to use of cardio equipment and strength training equipment under the tutelage of the instructor.
Fit Crusade
A personalized fitness program to help you meet your fitness needs. You’ ll get three appointments with a certified trainer to assist you in reaching your goals during this 7-week program. Introduction to cardiovascular exercise, proper stretching & Nautilus strength training circuit will be included.
Personal Training
Our personal trainers will work with you one on one to help you reach your individual goal. Or sign up with your friends for Group Personal Training. Please see current program brochure for additional information.
Dashing all the Weight
Come join us to make sure holiday pounds don’t creep up on you. Work out as much as you want, any “weigh” you want. Each Monday we will check your weight.
