Strength and conditioning program aimed at improving muscular strength, cardio endurance and flexibility. Evolution will progressively challenge all styles of fitness enthusiasts with its 3-tiered approach.Participants will move safely thru educational and challenging workouts from one level to another. Program involves pre & post testing, to ensure you receive the right workout for you!
Flu Shot Clinic-Wednesday, October 15,2015 9:00-11:00pm and 4:00-6:00pm
Rite Aid Pharmacy will be at the Auburn Y giving flu shots to anyone who wants one. Please bring your insurance billing information. A short medical form will need to be filled out.

Exercise for Pregnant Women
Please check with your physician before beginning an exercise program while pregnant. All exercise programs are available to pregnant women. If you need assistance, please contact Jill Payne in the Fitness Office. If you have a regular exercise routine and would like to have it evaluated by a certified specialist, call the fitness office.
Stressed? Tense? Licensed massage therapists offer relaxing and rejuvenating massage sessions. Appointments can be made at the Member Services Desk. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds given for missed appointments
Health Seekers Exercise Class
If the doctor told you that you need to exercise, and you don’t know how to start or what to do, this is the class for you. Easy introduction to exercise involving instruction in cardio work and some strength training. This class may lead to use of cardio equipment and strength training equipment under the tutelage of the instructor.
