Youth Sports
Here at the YMCA we strive to provide the best possible sports experience, whether you’re four years old or forty! Friendly competition, skill development and fun are emphasized, along with sportsmanship, fair play and positive attitudes. YMCA sports programs provide a wholesome, values-oriented atmosphere for all members of the family.

Learn-n-Play Sports
The YMCA Learn-n-Play Sports program is a 7-week, values-driven program for youth ages 3-7. Children learn by playing, which keeps kids interested because they are having fun!
Youth Sports Training
Customized personal training program designed for the young athlete. This 7-week program meets for one hour, two or three times a week. Specific times are arranged between participate and instructor.
Interscholastic Racquetball League
This league enables boys and girls to participate in competition as high school, middle and elementary school players regardless of ability. Contact Jeff Hanno for additional information.
Girls Lacrosse
This 7-week girls (8-12 yrs) lacrosse program introduces participants to the fast, fun game of lacrosse. The emphasis is on skill development, practice games, sportsmanship and fun.
Youth Kickboxing
A high-energy, high- impact class, taught by trained martial arts instructors. Youth kickboxing is open to youth 13 and under. This class is free to Y-Members.
Youth Karate
Learn self defense and martial arts skills under the direction of certified instructors. Open to boys and girls 6-12 years old.
Basketball Camp (ages 8-15)
This camp is held at the Auburn YMCA. Fee includes 20 hours of instruction and games.
Girls Lacrosse Camp
This camp is held at Casey Park (meet at ice rink) during the summer.
