As a charitable, mission-driven organization, the Skaneateles YMCA & Community Center strives to ensure that its programs and services are accessible to all who wish to participate. Our scholarship program provides financial assistance to those individuals and  families who are not able to afford memberships or programs. Contributed dollars make this possible.

In 2011, more than $37,000 of membership and program subsidy was awarded, benefiting more than 150 individuals.  Children were able to participate in enriching youth programs, including before and after school child care, preschool, swim lessons, summer camp and art programs.  People of all ages, including families, seniors and young adults benefitted from membership scholarships.

Annual Support Campaign

Membership and program fees do not cover all the costs to support our vital community programs.Through our Annual Support Campaign, contributions are collected to help us provide program support and financial assistance to individuals and families in need.

 Talk to your friends and family about supporting the Skaneateles YMCA and help us raise funds for our support campaign which directly benefit the children, families and individuals who receive financial assistance.
