Abs Express & Lower Body

This class focuses on the large muscles of the abdomen and lower body, concentrating on toning and muscular strength using bands, balls and weights.

Body Sculpt

Improve flexibility, muscular strength and endurance.

Bottoms Up

Designed to target your glutes and core while utilizing a variety of equipment to tone up your lower body.

Cardio Kickboxing

A combination of cardio and strength work utilizing striking and target pads, allowing for punching and kicking precision. This high energy class is perfect for stress release!

Kickboxing Boot Camp

Strike, punch, and kick your way to a toned physique. This class is de-signed to maximize your caloric output while challenging your over-all fitness level.

Movin’ to Music

Think old school Jazzercise..moving and grooving your way to a health-ier heart and leaner body.

Pilates

Integrated flexibility class .Participants utilize breathing techniques to develop a strong core while optimizing postural en-durance and joint stabilization.

Power Pilates

Concentrated mat exercises to get your core heated and toned.

Prime Time

Cardiovascular and strength training class which delivers a combination of aerobic and an-aerobic exercises. This class is geared for all fitness levels by offering modifications to each exercise element.

A Hatha yoga practice with a compassionate emphasis on meditation,physical heal-ing and spiri-tual transfor-mation.

NIA

Previously Non- Impact Aero-bics, Neuromuscular Integrative Action) is a physical conditioning program based on a premise that movement is a pathway for self-discovery and personal transformation. Nia is intended to deliver cardiovascular aerobic exercise and whole-body condi-tioning. Nia is considered a body -mind-spirit exercise like yoga and as a movement form, Nia Technique is based on 52 moves (and lots of variations) that integrate movement mo-dalities from dance, martial arts, and healing practices.

This energizing cardiovascular workout is a members‘ favorite. Push your fat burning system into high gear. A complete workout for your entire body!

Strength

Maximize muscular strength, con-dition and definition while using free weights and a weight bar to work every major muscle group. Focus is on proper lifting tech-niques with use of light to moder-ate weights.

WillPower&grace®

Dynamic class done barefoot…reconnecting the mind and body with elements of cardiovascular endurance, muscle balance, agility and strengthening, while utilizing techniques to increase flexibility and stabilization.

Yoga Flow

Utilizes Ashtanga breath-synchronization while flowing through salutations and poses to maximize flexibility and strength. An active Yoga class that focuses on stretching and working through asanas while making that mind body connection.

Yoga Fusion

The blending of Hatha yoga, fo-cusing on alignment and breathing fused with muscular endurance building and strengthening with focus on the core. This journey will include Asanas, Pranayama (breathing), Dharana (meditation), and Kundalini and allow you to utilize your practice to connect the mind, body, and spirit!

Zumba ®

Fuses international rhythms and easy-to –follow moves. Routines feature ―Intermittent Training‖ to deliver an hour of resistance training, sculpting, cardio endurance and fat burn-ing all rolled into a party like atmosphere.

Group Cycling

Group cycling offers an incredi-ble individual workout in a group setting. This supervised session on indoor cycles in-cludes endurance work, inter-vals and strength work. Class is perfect for all levels ,you control your level of intensity.

Cycle^lates

A cardio & core experience that combines a 45 minute ride with 30 minutes of Pilates mat exercises.

Spinysana

Combines a 30 minute cardio cycling class with 30 minutes of yoga. This class will strength your spirit, mind and body!
