Please follow the steps below to book ice times for your group at the William G. Allyn Ice Arena located within the Skaneateles YMCA & Community Center.

1. Check the availability of the Allyn Ice Arena by viewing the schedules online CLICK HERE

2. View rental information to confirm the rates and classification below that applies to your booking request.

3. E-mail your request to matt@auburnymca.net You will receive a confirmation report of your booking. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will propose alternative dates.

4. This is a booking request only, and not confirmation of booking. Groups will be contacted to confirm booking by Matt Major, Facilities & Rink Director.
 For additional information call Matt at (315) 685-2266 ext. 104. A credit card number is required to confirm your rental request.

5. Cancelations need to be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to reservation to receive a credit on account minus a $25 processing fee.

Rental Rates:

Y- Members:     $120 per hour                       General Public: $130 per hour

Off  Peak Rates: (40%) Discount
Y Members: $72 per Hour           GeneralPublic: $78 per Hour

Off Peak Hours: 

Mondays thru Fridays 6:00am – 7:30am – year round
and Monday thru Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm
(rate is not available during local school breaks or holidays)

7 days a week: Any reservation starting after 10:00pm

Weekend rates:
Saturday and Sunday April – August  7:00am- 3:00pm
$100 per hour
After 3:00pm Saturday and Sunday all year-   Normal rates apply
