All over high intensity cardio workout using traditional kickboxing moves and combos choreographed to music in a shallow water environment. Includes different types of HIIT Drills, including Tabatas. Kicks and punches are a fantastic way to burn calories and tone with added resistance from the water. Aqua shoes/sneakers are recommended.
