Join us for a fun filled evening of volley-ball at the Y. Both a recreational and competitive league are offered. Each team must have two females on the court. The eight week leagues include one week of playoffs.
Are you interested in competitive play against players of similar caliber? This league offers players weekly competitive matches. Register individualy; team assignments are made according to level of play.
Pickle-ball is a combination of ping-pong, tennis and badminton.
Golf lessons are available for people of all skill levels. All lessons are 30 minutes in length.Lessons can cover grip, stance, posture, alignment, balance and plane. Instructor is Class A PGA Professional Michael Hogan. Please call Mike at 730-4797 to arrange for a private or semi-private lesson. Payment is due at time of lesson.
Speed bag and heavy bag drills, mitt work and other boxing will be offered to help get you in shape and improve your overall health.
