At the YMCA we strive to provide the best possible sports experience, whether you’re four years old or forty! Friendly competition, skill development, and fun are emphasized, along with sportsmanship, fair play and positive attitudes. YMCA sports programs provide a wholesome, values-oriented atmosphere for all members of the family.

>Co-Ed Volleyball…next session starts 3/7

Join us for a fun filled evening of volley-ball at the Y. Both a recreational and competitive league are offered. Each team must have two females on the court. The eight week leagues include one week of playoffs.

>Monday Night Racquetball League

Are you interested in competitive play against players of similar caliber? This league offers players weekly competitive matches. Register individually; team assignments are made according to level of play.


Pickle-ball is a combination of ping-pong, tennis and badminton.

>Boxing Fitness

Speed bag and heavy bag drills, mitt work and other boxing will be offered to help get you in shape and improve your overall health.

>Adult Running Group

>Adult Running… Couch to 5 K 

Beginner and Intermediate Levels
Training will focus on flexibility, endurance and strength training.
