Come join us to make sure holiday pounds don’t creep up on you. Work out as much as you want, any “weigh” you want. Each Monday we will check your weight.
Exercise for Pregnant Women
Please check with your physician before beginning an exercise program while pregnant. All exercise programs are available to pregnant women. If you need assistance, please contact Laura Clary in the Fitness Office. If you have a regular exercise routine and would like to have it evaluated by a certified specialist, call the fitness office.
Stressed? Tense? Licensed massage therapists offer relaxing and rejuvenating massage sessions. Appointments can be made at the Member Services Desk. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds given for missed appointments
