All of our fitness classes are taught by experienced, certified fitness instructors.
Instructors lead you through the workouts providing you effective workout where challenge meets modifications as appropriate for participants.
Group Exercise classes are FREE for Y members.

Dryland classes are offered in our 2 Group exercise studios and our newly remolded Cycling room

Aquatics classes are offered on our Aquatic Center- deep and shallow water pools.
