 Fitness Center| Use of the fitness center is included with Membership. 


 

 

 

 Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 5:30am – 9:00pm
Friday:  5:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7am – 9:00pm

 

 In our fitness center you will find:

  • Free weights
  • a Life Fitness Circuit
  • cardio equipment, including elliptical machines, steppers, cybex trainers, stationary bikes and treadmills.

Our fitness center is equipped with Cardio Theater, which allows you to toggle between three television stations.
(Please bring your own headphones if you would like to use the cardio theater).

Please note:
Children under age 12 must be directly supervised by a parent in the fitness areas.
Members 14 years and younger are required to have an equipment orientation prior to using the cardiovascular equipment.

 Group Exercise Classes | Included with Membership.

Our group exercise classes are included in your membership. with more than  60  classes offered at different times of the day, there truly is something for everyone.  Find our current Group Ex schedule HERE.

Group Cycling | Included with Membership.

Group cycling offers an incredible individual workout in a group setting. This supervised session on indoor cycles includes endurance work, intervals and strength work. This Class is perfect for all levels; you control your level of intensity.
