Youth Nights

Fridays from 5:30 -8:00 p.m
Auburn Y Members* ages 8 -17 are invited to spend a fun Friday night at the Y. Camp & Y childcare staff will provide supervised activities.

*FREE Auburn Y member-only program. No day passes will be sold. 
Youth Nights will NOT run on 11/29,12/27,1/3,2/21.

Breast Cancer Survivor Support Group

Join this peer-led group for support, connection, education, and comradery!

Meets the first Monday of every month at 5:30pm

Enter from William Street at the Little House door. After 5:30, that door will be locked, and you may enter through the side door of the Y. No Fees, and pre-registration are not required.

 

Masters Swim Returns

September 23, 2024 - May 2025
M/W/F 5:15-6:30am


Masters incorporates interval training and drills to help you improve your strokes. This program benefits triathletes, former competitive, former collegiate, and fitness swimmers. Our Master's Coach will provide and design daily practices geared toward various levels and abilities. Please note that this is NOT a coached session- Workouts will be posted daily.

Community CPR - AED

March 15th, 9:30 am -12:30 pm
This CPR and AED training course is designed specifically for laypeople and is an excellent choice for CPR and defibrillator training in community and workplace settings. This extremely flexible program will help prepare individuals to respond to sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and choking incidents.

Moving For Better Balance

March 26th - June 12.
Wednesday & Fridays 11:30am -12:30pm
( Attend both days)

Older adults and those with chronic health conditions often feel they must accept impaired balance and limited mobility—this is not true. You can build strength, improve balance, and gain confidence in your mobility through Moving For Better Balance. This is a 12-week evidence-based, instructor-led group program designed to help you improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility through slow, therapeutic movements based on Tai Chi. Moving For Better Balance includes two class sessions and two-plus hours of at-home practice per week. The program takes place in a safe and supportive group setting.
