goals, and values of the YMCA within the organization and the community.
The Successful Candidate Will Achieve Excellence in the Following Areas:
• Improve Operating Performance • Fiscal Management
• Drive Maintenance and Development of our Facilities through Capital Development
• Lead the Implementation of our Strategic Plan • Build and Lead Staff
