The Skaneateles Y Before and After School Child Care Program provides safe, affordable, quality childcare for youngsters during the hours when there may be no adult supervision in the home.
The program is conducted and planned by YMCA staff who are trained to meet the needs of children and provide positive adult models. It is not babysitting, but a quality child care program designed with the working family in mind. Swimming, ice skating, games, snacks, and fun.
This is a NY State licensed program, with limited spaces available. Busing is provided to school in the morning and from school to the Y in the afternoon.
During school delays, our SACC program will remain open until pick-up time if school is delayed. There is no additional charge for this service.
LOCATION: This program is located at the Skaneateles YMCA & Community Center
The Skaneateles Y provides care during school closings, half days, and snow days at an additional charge.

Snow Day Care
Care is available 6:30 am-6: 00 pm Based on SCS Snow days
We have that covered too! With our snow day program, we have safe reliable childcare for the days that mother nature throws a crimp in your best-made plans!
