Here comes the Fun!
We are ready to get back to summer, get back to friends, get outside, get on the ice, and in the pool!
Summer at the Skaneateles Y is all about childhood summers spent making lifelong friends - learning new skills, trying something new, exploring, playing games under the big blue sky, learning to swim, learning to skate - tye-dye, and arts and crafts Being a kid!

Skaneateles Y Summer Day Camp

Ages 5(K) - 12 Camp runs Monday - Friday 9am-4pm

Here comes the fun! Welcome to Day Camp at the Skaneateles Y!

Mr. Nick returns this year along with experienced camp counselors.
Each week campers will participate in organized activities based on weekly themes.

This years theme schedule:

Week One: June 28-July 2 Sports on the Move-Trading and Training

Week Two: July 5-9 Water Works Week

Week Three: July 12-16 Game Daze

Week Four: July 19-23 Builders Choice

Week Five: July 26-30 Imagination Station

Week Six: August 2-6 Cooks in the Kitchen

Week Seven: August 9-13 Comic Book lives

Week Eight: August 16-20 Art’s House

Week Nine: August 23-27 Music Lives On

Week Ten: August 30- September 3 TBA

Camp fees are per week.

Before and aftercare is available again this year!

Camp safety:

Please bring along a morning and afternoon snack along with a water bottle and lunch ( food sharing is not permitted)

This year campers will be placed into groups of 12 who will spend the day together under the guidance of trained camp staff.

Masks will be required for all activities with the exception of swimming. We will observe social distancing guidelines and give extra attention
to details such as health screenings as recommended by the NYS Department of Health and Onondaga County.

Skaneateles Teasels in Training

For 2 year olds
June 28 - August 20
8 weeks Monday / Wednesday/ Friday 9:00am-12:00pm

This is a great place for two-year-olds to explore, laugh and learn through play in our half-day program. Children become lifelong learners and have a chance to meet and play with other children. This eight-week program will include free play, circle sharing, music and movement, art and creativity, and storytime. Join for the whole summer or pick your weeks. Please send your children dressed for a day of active play with hands-on adventures, a labeled water bottle, and wear sunscreen.

Week 1: Super Hero School.
Week 2: A Camping We Will Go
Week 3: Under The Sea Adventures
Week 4: On The Farm Week
5: I Spy
Week 6: ABC Adventures.
Week 7: Music Mania
Week 8: Pop,Pop, Fizz, Fizz Science Week

Skaneateles Y Frogs

Ages 3- 4 Monday - Friday 9am -12pm

A child's first summer camp experience should be memorable!
We welcome our youngest friends to camp, where we will play inside and outside, experience summer games and activities, and enjoy friends!
Our Activities will be based on weekly themes.

We will offer weekly swim lessons and swim time.
Please send a snack and water bottle, bathing suit, towel, and dress campers for active play

Skaneateles Y Dolphins

Ages 4- 5 Monday - Friday 9am -12pm

3 hours of fun, sun, and laughter. Our Dolphins will be active and busy socializing with friends, playing, and creating based on our weekly themes.
We will include inside and outside playtime

We will offer weekly swim lessons and swim time.
